clients. After earning a Bachelor degree
from Florida State University, her first career was in resource management
where she acted as a corporate liaison -- allowing her to gain expertise in
contract and organizational management. Her love of the local area led Pamela to work as
a project manager overseeing the preservation of a local reef. In her role, she
worked with government organizations, won grants, organized complex projects
and oversaw tasks required to protect habitats. Her

After relocating to Florida nearly 20 years ago, Samantha began her real estate career in 2010 while attending the University of Central Florida, where she earned multiple honors degrees in Business, Psychology, and English. Samantha’s career accelerated in 2014 when she joined one of Southwest Florida’s top-ranked teams at the region’s leading brokerage. There, she refined her expertise in luxury marketing strategy, complex contract negotiations, and high-stakes deal management. Widely recognized for her concierge-level service, she brings exceptional market knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and a steady, solutions-oriented approach to every transaction.
