LYNN CHARLAS WHITE

Consistently ranked in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker’s global agents, Lynn Charlas White has an extensive history of providing outstanding service to luxury clients since 2003. A former business executive in the international cruise and resort industry, Lynn developed keen marketing and negotiating instincts along with a customized, concierge-level service approach to help clients achieve their unique goals.

She was raised in Loudonville, New York where she spent a lot of time around the construction industry thanks to her builder father. By age 9, she was eagerly reading blueprints which sparked an interest in new construction, which continues to this day.

Armed with skills valued by both sellers and buyers, Lynn is a talented home stager, educated by HGTV’s Martha Webb and offers free staging services for Naples Lifestyle Group's Sellers. She and her business partner in Naples Lifestyle Group (NLG), Pamela Keyes, employ a multi-channel marketing program to ensure properties are seen by the right buyers and utilize the In-Touch Rapid Response technology to keep the selling process moving smoothly.

Buyers receive the same high touch, professional care service from Lynn and the NLG team, whether they are relocating from out of state or within the local community. She is a certified negotiation and pricing specialist, knowing a property’s value and how to negotiate the best deal for her clients. Employing a proprietary system, Lynn and Pamela identify the lifestyle their buyers want, from active lifestyle, to waterfront luxury, to modern sophistication in order to locate the communities that are a perfect fit for their clients.

When not at work, Lynn indulges in the outdoor Naples lifestyle. She’s a Park Shore resident who enjoys pickleball, kayaking, boating and watching sunsets on the beach. She is an avid horseback rider, hiker and international traveler who eagerly immerses herself in different cultures around the world.


PAMELA KEYES

CNE, PSA, SRS - BROKER ASSOCIATE & LUXURY HOME SPECIALIST


A luxury home specialist with an in-depth knowledge of Naples’ waterfront properties, Pamela Keyes is ranked in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker’s global agents.

A lifelong Neapolitan, Pamela holds an active U.S. Coast Guard captain’s license, and is an avid paddleboarder. She embraces the waterfront lifestyle and shares her intimate knowledge of the local area in and around Naples, Isles of Capri, Marco Island and Goodland with clients.

After earning a Bachelor degree from Florida State University, her first career was in resource management where she acted as a corporate liaison -- allowing her to gain expertise in contract and organizational management.

Her love of the local area led Pamela to work as a project manager overseeing the preservation of a local reef. In her role, she worked with government organizations, won grants, organized complex projects and oversaw tasks required to protect habitats.

Her background in business, land and project management adds to the value that the Naples Lifestyle Group (NLG) offers clients. Clients especially appreciate her assistance with new builds, from lot selection to choosing the amenities that add to a property’s value. Pamela walks buyers and sellers through the entire real estate process to ensure it is stress-free so they are able to focus on living the lifestyle they desire.

Together, she and NLG co-founder Lynn Charlas White, offer proprietary systems that ensure clients are presented with the options that suit their lifestyle before they buy and a strategically negotiated contract if they sell. Like Lynn, Pamela holds a Certified Negotiation Specialist, and Pricing Strategy Advisor designation, which benefits NLG’s buyers and sellers. Additionally she is a Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.

Pamela and the NLG team utilize a multi-channel marketing approach to ensure high visibility for properties. Clients appreciate their concierge approach to make the real estate process easier, including coordinating with organization or declutter services, shipping vehicles or art work, and arranging for estate sales or consignment opportunities. The high-touch, personalized approach works for clients in the local area and is of particular value to out-of-state buyers and sellers.


GINA CALISE

Licensed Transaction Coordinator


Gina is a full-time Transaction Coordinator for Naples Lifestyle Group. She has five years of experience in real estate and property management - working as a property manager, leasing manager, and transaction coordinator. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, Gina has supported the industry as an office manager with a multifaceted role. She is dedicated to helping clients and loves the thrill of seeing a transaction through all the stages while managing timelines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Her passion is providing the highest level of service to every NLG customer.
 
 
 


HAMMY

Good Will Ambassadog


Hammy has become a trusted advisor in the office due to her uncanny ability to identify properties in perfect locations with optimal views ideal for enjoying the gorgeous Naples weather. She is a consummate professional and is quick to greet guests with a smile and nudge. Like the rest of the team, she is committed to delivering a concierge-level experience and will gladly accompany clients on their viewings. Of course, she’s also not above requesting a good belly rub from time to time. When not guiding clients to their dream properties, Hammy enjoys accompanying Pamela on the paddleboard (although she avoids getting wet as much as possible). She is also an excellent guard dog who takes her job of keeping bunnies out of the yard very seriously.

We proudly support local charitable organizations through our participation in Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES foundation. Since 2001, CARES has donated more than $3.5 million to a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations in Florida. Since 2003, we have sponsored more than 15 Habitat for Humanity homes statewide. Our statewide initiative in support of the Ronald McDonald House Charities continues to position our company as a leader in support of several truly worthwhile organizations.

Additionally, Lynn is an avid supporter and participant in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s “Team in Training” fundraiser events as well as American Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life”, and the Alzheimer's Association "Walk to end Alzheimer's".  Pamela is on the board for the Gene Doyle Scholarship Fund and an active annual participant in the Cystic Fibrosis Organization's "Crossing for a Cure" event.  We also support several local elementary schools throughout the year.
