A former business executive in the international cruise and resort industry, Lynn developed keen marketing and negotiating instincts along with a customized, concierge-level service approach to help clients achieve their unique goals.

She was raised in Loudonville, New York where she spent a lot of time around the construction industry thanks to her builder father. By age 9, she was eagerly reading blueprints which sparked an interest in new construction, which continues to this day.

Armed with skills valued by both sellers and buyers, Lynn is a talented home stager, educated by HGTV’s Martha Webb and offers free staging services for her sellers. She and her business partner in Naples Lifestyle Group (NLG), Pamela Keyes, employ a multi-channel marketing program to ensure properties are seen by the right buyers and utilize the In-Touch Rapid Response technology to keep the selling process moving smoothly.

Buyers receive the same high touch, professional care service from Lynn and the NLG team, whether they are relocating from out of state or within the local community. She is a certified negotiation and pricing specialist, knowing a property’s value and how to negotiate the best deal for her clients. When not at work, Lynn indulges in the outdoor Naples lifestyle. She’s a Park Shore resident who enjoys kayaking, boating and watching sunsets on the beach. She is an avid horseback rider, hiker and international traveler who eagerly immerses herself in different cultures around the world.

A lifelong Neapolitan, Pamela holds an active U.S. Coast Guard captain’s license. She embraces the waterfront lifestyle and shares her intimate knowledge of the local area in and around Naples, Isles of Capri, Marco Island and Goodland with clients.

After earning a Bachelor degree from Florida State University, her first career was in resource management where she acted as a corporate liaison -- allowing her to gain expertise in contract and organizational management.

Her love of the local area led Pamela to work as a project manager overseeing the preservation of a local reef. In her role, she worked with government organizations, won grants, organized complex projects and oversaw tasks required to protect habitats.

Her background in business, land and project management adds to the value that the Naples Lifestyle Group (NLG) offers clients. Clients especially appreciate her assistance with new builds, from lot selection to choosing the amenities that add to a property’s value. Pamela walks buyers and sellers through the entire real estate process to ensure it is stress-free so they are able to focus on living the lifestyle they desire.

Together, she and NLG co-founder Lynn Charlas White, offer proprietary systems that ensure clients are presented with the options that suit their lifestyle before they buy and a strategically negotiated contract if they sell. Like Lynn, Pamela holds a Certified Negotiation Specialist and Pricing Strategy Advisor designation, which benefits NLG’s buyers and sellers.

Erika relocated to Naples from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. The year-round outdoor lifestyle, abundant sunshine, and beauty of Naples drew Erika and her husband in. With a deep history in entrepreneurship (both her father and grandfather owned their own businesses), Erika understands dedication and has a strong work ethic that translates to earning her client's trust and loyalty. 
Having spent many years in the luxury service industry (she owned and operated a fine jewelry store for nearly 20 years), she is keen on the details important to Buyers.  Working in real estate has been a dream of Erika's since high school.  In addition to running her business, Erika spent her spare time in Northern Michigan building an impressive real estate portfolio - planning, designing, building, interior decorating and remodeling  many homes. Now, as an exclusive "Buyer Specialist", she enjoys the journey alongside her clients, assessing reactions to help narrow parameters. Erika is a dedicated Rotarian and believes in the moral code "Service Above Self" and the ethical behavior of the Four-Way Test. As a Rotarian, Erika has served as club board member, Past-President, Life Leadership Chairperson, Foreign Exchange Student parent and is a two-time Paul Harris Fellow.  While in Saul Ste. Marie, she served on the local Hospice board, the Downtown Development Board, and Habitat for Humanity.  Rebuilding a historical landmark business into a thriving epicenter in the downtown area is a credit to Erika's drive and understanding of the economics of a community.  We can only imagine the impact she will have in Naples!
