Raised in Loudonville, New York, Lynn spent a lot of time around the construction industry and learned to read blueprints at an early age, thanks to her (builder) father. Prior to real estate, Lynn held key sales and marketing positions in the international cruise and resort industry. She traveled worldwide, had tremendous responsibility, negotiated charter aircraft, charter cruise and resort packages, was involved with high profile clients and collaborated on overall branding and marketing. During her tenure in the international resort industry she learned to understand the consumer, and the power of marketing and negotiation.

When you work with Lynn you’ll notice her keen attention to detail, offering meticulous and intuitive advice. You can rest assured that you are in the hands of an ethical and trustworthy professional. When not at work, Lynn spends much of her free time indulging in the fabulous outdoor lifestyle that Naples has to offer. As a Park Shore resident she enjoys kayaking, boating, and sunsets on the beach! Having visited more than 25 countries, traveling represents one of Lynn’s passions as she takes great pleasure in learning about the different regions and cultures of the world. She is also an avid horseback rider, hiker, and general lover of the outdoors!


PAMELA KEYES

Born a Neapolitan, Pamela Keyes has watched Naples transform from a quaint fishing town to the elegant sophistication of today. Pamela attended Florida State University and earned a BA in Environmental Studies. After college she pursued a career in resource management which provided extensive expertise in contract management, acting as a liaison between private corporations.

It is no surprise that waterfront properties are Pamela's specialty. She grew up on the water in the Naples area and is not only an avid boater, but is also a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain (for vessels up to 100 gross tons). As such she has spent countless hours on the waterways and canals of Collier County. Her intimate local knowledge of Naples, Isles of Capri, Marco Island and Goodland proves immensely valuable to Buyers & Sellers.

Pamela is a Certified Negotiation Specialist and has also earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor designation. Combined with her work ethic, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and discretion, you will quickly recognize why she and Lynn have developed a partnership that is greatly valued by their customers.

Since 2001, CARES has donated more than $3.5 million to a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations in Florida. Since 2003, we have sponsored more than 15 Habitat for Humanity homes statewide. Our statewide initiative in support of the Ronald McDonald House Charities continues to position our company as a leader in support of several truly worthwhile organizations.

Additionally, Lynn is an avid supporter and participant in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s “Team in Training” fundraiser events as well as American Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life”, and the Alzheimer's Association "Walk to end Alzheimer's".  Pamela is on the board for the Gene Doyle scholarship fund and an active annual participant in the Cystic Fibrosis Organization's "Crossing for a Cure" event.  These causes are near and dear to our hearts and we are honored to be able to share our support.
