As a CPRES - "Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist" - we are well versed in navigating the various aspects related to the sale of real estate through the probate process. Having Realtors represent you that are sensitive to the nuances involved and have the knowledge to work in concert with your probate attorney can make a significant difference. 
 
EXECUTOR/PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE - We have worked as trusted real estate advisors to many individuals who are handling assets related to an estate. 
 
ORCHESTRATION OF ALL THE DETAILS - The services we coordinate include: organization or declutter services; any painting or repairs necessary; shipping vehicles or artwork; arranging for estate sales or consignment opportunities; packing and shipping of personal items and furniture... all with sensitivity and confidentiality.
